Diamond cut repair

Machined-face wheels need a different repair process to painted alloys — re-cut and re-lacquered on site to bring back the original two-tone finish.

How it's done

Diamond cut wheels have a machined, polished face rather than a painted one. The damaged area is re-machined on a lathe to remove kerb marks and corrosion, then re-lacquered to match the original two-tone finish — done at your address, not in a workshop.

  • For wheels with a machined or polished face, not painted alloys
  • Re-cut to remove kerb damage and corrosion
  • Re-lacquered to match the original finish
  • Send a photo first — we'll confirm your wheels are suitable before booking

Not sure if your wheels qualify?

Send us a photo and we'll tell you straight away whether it's a diamond cut repair or a standard refurbishment.
