These terms apply whenever you book a repair with Reborn Alloy Wheel Repair. By confirming a booking, you agree to them.
Quotes are given based on the photos and information you provide. A price may change if, once we're on site, the damage is more extensive than shown. We'll always confirm any change with you before starting work.
A deposit of £30 confirms your booking slot. The remaining balance is due on completion of the work, on the day, before we leave.
You'll need to provide:
Let us know as early as possible if you need to change your appointment. With at least 24 hours' notice, we'll move your £30 deposit to a new date at no extra cost. With less than 24 hours' notice, or if we arrive and can't gain access to the vehicle, the deposit is not refunded.
We carry out all repairs to a professional standard using factory-grade paints and lacquers. We guarantee our workmanship for 12 months from the date of repair — if a fault develops in work we've carried out, tell us and we'll come back to put it right at no charge.
This does not cover damage caused after the repair — new kerb strikes, further accidents, or normal wear — only the work we originally carried out.
Please let us know about any pre-existing damage, corrosion, or wheel issues beyond what's shown in your photos before we arrive. We reserve the right to decline or revise a repair on site if a wheel is found to be structurally unsound.
We're fully insured for the work we carry out. We're not responsible for pre-existing mechanical faults unrelated to the repair, or for delays caused by circumstances outside our control (weather, access issues, vehicle unavailability).
We may take before-and-after photos of the wheel repair itself. We will not use any photo showing your vehicle's number plate, your face, or your address in our marketing without asking you first.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
