We do not knowingly collect any information beyond what's needed to quote and carry out a repair.

• Provide a quote and respond to your enquiry
• Arrange and carry out a booked repair
• Contact you about an existing enquiry or booking
• Keep basic records for accounting and legal purposes

Our legal basis for this is that it's necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract with you, and to perform that contract once agreed.

• WhatsApp / Meta — if you message us photos or details directly

Photos you send us

Photos of wheel damage are used only to provide a quote and carry out the repair. We will not use a photo showing your vehicle or number plate in our marketing without asking you first.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and booking records for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet our accounting obligations, and then delete or anonymise them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you can ask us to:

• Show you the personal data we hold about you
• Correct anything that's inaccurate
• Delete your data, where we're not required to keep it
• Stop using your data for a particular purpose
